This Privacy Policy describes how Developer ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Fingerprint Scanner: Prank (the "App") available on the Google Play Store.

1. ABOUT THE APP

Fingerprint Scanner: Prank is an entertainment and prank application that simulates a fingerprint scanner through animations and sound effects. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

IMPORTANT: The App does NOT read, scan, record, store, or transmit your actual fingerprint or any biometric data. The App does NOT access your device's real fingerprint sensor. All scanner effects are purely visual animations for amusement.

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by us or by third-party services (such as Google AdMob), including:

- App usage data (features accessed, session duration, crashes)
- General location derived from IP address (country-level only, not precise GPS location)

c) Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect:
- Your real fingerprint or any biometric data
- Your name, email, phone number, or contacts
- Your precise GPS location
- Photos, media, or files from your device
- SMS, call logs, or browsing history


3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The information collected is used to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App
- Display advertisements (including personalized ads where permitted)
- Analyze App performance, fix bugs, and improve user experience
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity

a) Google AdMob (Advertising)

6. PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS

The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

- Network state – to verify connectivity for ad loading
- Vibration (optional) – for scanner animation feedback

The App does NOT request access to your device's real fingerprint sensor, camera (unless explicitly used for an animation feature you enable), contacts, location, storage, or microphone.


7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertisements served within the App comply with Google Play's Families Policy where applicable.


8. DATA RETENTION

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Aggregated and anonymized data collected by third-party analytics and advertising services is retained according to those providers' policies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
